ecently, I put my house at 3428 n. Avers in Chicago up for sale and chose one of your agents, Jennifer Bradley, to be my realtor. I am writing now to express my absolute delight at the way the sale of my home and the search for my new place was handled by Ms. Bradley. The process of finding our new house was not an easy one. Time after time, Jennifer would find us a house that we loved, we would bid on it, and someone would beat us to it. It was frustrating but, throughout the process, Jennifer remained upbeat, encouraging and dauntless in helping us find the perfect house. Finally, we were rewarded with our current residence, a beautiful place in Oak Park, and we have Jennifer to thank for finding it. The sale of my house, however, was a different matter altogether. Here’s what happened: Jennifer sat down with my wife and I and guided us through the pricing process. She gave us tips on how to show our home properly, hosted an open house for agents and began showing the house on a Monday. By Friday, the house was sold. Four days. That was it. And not just sold: we got almost $7,000 more than the asking price! Needless to say, we were absolutely thrilled. Our fondest wish - the sale of our home for a great price - came true. I would enthusiastically recommend Jennifer to anyone considering buying or selling a home. She is professional, personable, supportive, full of bountiful energy and good humor and truly seems to have a vested interest in our search for a home. It was this personal touch that made our working with her so enjoyable. He goes far beyond what a realtor normally does to sell a home. He actually brought rugs to our home for showings to give the house a more finished look. If there was only a short notice before a showing Ted would show up early to clean and organize our home so that it showed its best. His knowledge of what was happening in the neighborhood was an amazing help in selling our house and he always came prepared with additional information about the area to open houses and showings. You made the whole home buying process much more manageable than we expected. From the very first meeting (when I was under the delusion that we were “house browsing”) to the closing, you were professional, diligent, energetic, and sensitive to our needs. You did a wonderful job familiarizing yourself with our tastes and expectations. Once we found this home, you thoughtfully and honestly listed the pros and cons of going with a finished home that was a little out of our original price range without pressuring us.
